Can we keep our existing numbers?

We can port any existing number onto a SIP Trunk for a once off cost of €65 per number.

Bespoke pricing can be arranged for larger blocks of numbers.

There will be no more line rental paid to eircom on the ported numbers.

Required Broadband:

€45 Per month - 8Mb download / 512Kb upload, zero contention broadband**

€40 Per month - 7.6Mb download / 672Kb upload, 12:1 contention broadband**

Required Hardware:

A Virtual Access Managed Gateway (Router) is required to use the SIP Trunk service. There is a once off cost of €399 for this unit. The managed router is vital for ensuring high quality voice calls even at times when there is a high level of data activity on the network.

Billing & Payment:

Rentals billed quarterly in advance, call charges are billed in arrears.

Payment is accepted by direct debit only.

* Unlimited calls are subject to our acceptable use policy. This is currently 5,000 mins per month which is 4 times the usage of the average business. WellTel reserve the right to cancel the service if this usage limit is breached. Customers agree not to use the WellTel service for auto-diallers or outbound telemarketing centres.
