Panasonic has launched the NCP500 New Business Editions, designed specifically to meet the demands of today’s small businesses.

The NCP500X and NCP500V provide cost effective telephony solutions which include many of the advanced features as Panasonic’s larger PBX offerings; customers may choose between product variants offering either IP or digital trunks and extensions, according to their business need.

The product includes built-in auto attendant & voicemail functionality, and for users new to Panasonic telephones the built-in PC-Client application “Communication Assistant Basic Express”, offering a simple solution to the most common telephone features combined with presence indication from a simple, intuitive Windows GUI.

The systems support the KX-NT300 range of IP telephones and the KX-DT300 family of digital telephones, which are stylish, intuitive, and easy to use. Both telephone ranges offer superb voice quality, easy to read displays, and electronic self labelling keys. A Bluetooth module is available providing wireless headset support, to provide enhanced desktop usability and comfort.

Wireless Mobility is also available in the new systems via an integrated Multi-Cell DECT Solution. This provides automatic hand-over between installed wireless cells - enhancing coverage and giving you true communication mobility even across large premises, whether it is in an office, factory, warehouse, or other large facilities.
